Shipping Policy

Please read Tied Up’s order policy when placing your order.

By placing an order you fully agree to Tied Up’s terms & conditions. Tied Up uses Aramex Door to Door courier R100 for all courier purposes. Prices vary depending on the size of your order and if your order can fit into their standard size bag. For larger orders we will notify you of prices.

Allow 2 – 5 business days for Aramex for delivery of your parcel once dropped off at the correct courier postal point. Please note that remote areas may take longer! Courier fees will be added to your order total. We will supply you with your waybill number & link where you can track your parcel at all times.

Please ensure that someone is at your delivery address to receive your parcel. Tied Up cannot be held responsible if there is no one to receive & sign for your parcel at the provided address.

We at Tied Up do our best to process & package your orders as efficiently as possible, our general turnaround time is one full business day. We thank you for your patience and understanding in this regard!

Tied Up only ships to addresses within South Africa.

Items may be returned once Tied Up has agreed to it. You are liable for courier fee to return your parcel. Return courier fees are not refundable.

With regards to EFT payment – payment needs to reflect into our account with proof of payment provided through E-mail or SMS/WhatsApp and then your order will be processed. Shipping fees are included in your checkout total.

Local Delivery Policy

With regards to local delivery, we will agree on a time and date as to when your order will be delivered, should you not respond to calls or text messages when we are outside to deliver, Tied Up’s delivery person will wait a maximum of 10 minutes and will then leave. The local delivery fee will not be refunded should your parcel not be collected from us at time of agreed upon delivery. We take great pride in our business & service and we do our utmost best to assist you.

Collection Policy

With regards to collecting from one of our three collection points in East London, a time and date must be agreed upon prior to collection. Should you wish to reschedule your collection, please notify us within 24 hours prior to collection. An EFT payment must be made at least 24 hours prior to collection and proof of payment must be provided through E-mail or SMS/WhatsApp.
